Idaho State Broadcasters Association
The Idaho State Broadcasters Association, founded in 1950, is organized to further the interests of broadcasters in Idaho. Each year ISBA funds at least two $1,000 general scholarships and the Wayne C. Cornils Memorial Scholarship for less advantaged students. They encourage applications from students attending Idaho schools and preparing for a career in broadcasting. Scholarships are available through the Idaho State Broadcasters Association for students desiring to pursue a career in the Broadcast industry at a College or University in Idaho. Indiana Broadcasters Association
The Indiana Broadcasters Foundation awards academic scholarships annually to deserving high school and college students pursuing an education in broadcasting.  Scholarship applications are available annually after January 1.

Iowa Broadcasters Association

The Jack Shelly Scholarship is presented by the Northwest Broadcast News Association to recognize outstanding promise in the field of broadcasting. Mississippi
Association of Broadcasters

The Mississippi Association of Broadcasters will make available up to $4,000 annually in scholarship awards.  Scholarship to a student enrolled in a fully accredited broadcast curriculum at a Mississippi four year college; or Scholarship to student enrolled in a fully accredited broadcast curriculum at a Mississippi community or two-year college.  Those applicants determined to be the best candidates will receive a scholarship award without regard to their enrollment in a four-year or two-year college. Missouri Broadcasters Association
The members of the Missouri Broadcasters Association (MBA) are committed to encouraging the highest standards of broadcasting. The MBA Scholarship Fund was established as a part of this excellence. Montana Broadcasters Association
The Montana Broadcasters Association currently funds three scholarships and matches two others. MBA Scholarships are offered at The University of Montana-Missoula, Montana State University-Bozeman and the UM College of Technology-Helena. The MBA matches scholarships awarded by the Great Falls Broadcasters Association and the Billings Broadcasters Association. The Great Falls Broadcasters Association Scholarship may be used at any college or university in Montana. The Billings Broadcasters Association Scholarship is for a student at MSU-Billings. New Mexico Broadcasters Association
New Mexico
broadcasters have been vital partners in their communities across the state. From the exciting play-by-play of the local high school football game, to helping first responders coordinate resources and communications in a crisis, New Mexico broadcasters dedicate time, money and energy to their communities.
