2012 Radio & Music Scholarships Announced
The Conclave is proud to announce its 2012 Radio and Music Industry Scholarship Program, offering 5 scholarships worth nearly $90,000! Effective immediately, qualified persons may apply for scholarships to Broadcast Center in St. Louis (MO), Brown College (MN), Specs Howard School of Media Arts in Southfield (MI), McNally-Smith College of Music in St. Paul (MN), or a newly offered scholarship for the Media Institute of Madison, (WI) & Minneapolis, (MN). |

The Doug Lee Memorial Scholarships, 2012
In partnership with The Intercollegiate Broadcasting System and DMR, The Conclave presents a college radio/webcaster scholarship competition. For the best essays submitted on the topics of individual accomplishment and the future of the industry, The Conclave will award two scholarships valued at $1,000 each. Katherinne Berrio Wins 2011 Marc Birger Memorial Scholarship
The Conclave is proud to award this year's Marc Birger Memorial Scholarship to Katherinne Berrio, a senior Communications major at Kean University of New Jersey! Says Katherinne, "My plans after graduation in 2012 is to become an anchor at a news channel or host for a television network...thanks to you and your financial support, I am one step closer to that goal." She received her scholarship at Kean's annual Scholarship Recognition ceremony on November 13th. |
